Morland Choristers Camp is a residential course for choristers taking place each summer in the village of Morland in Cumbria.

Last year's Camp was the first since the sad death of Canon Gervase Markham, founder of the Camp, who died peacefully in his sleep on 29th December 2007 at the age 97.

The Camp is organised by the staff, under the direction of the Board of Trustees which Canon Markham established 19 years ago to ensure the event's continuation.    It was heartening to see such a full 2008 Camp - a fitting tribute to the enormous effort and commitment that Canon Markham had sustained for so many years.

The 2009 Camp takes place from July 26th to August 2nd.
